Dr. Sumeet Sethi

Dr. Sumeet Sethi is a highly experienced Interventional Cardiologist with over 21 years of extensive experience in the field. He currently serves as a Senior Director of Interventional Cardiology at Max Hospital, Saket. His medical journey began with an MBBS from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. He then earned his DNB in Internal Medicine from Army Hospital (Research & Referral), Delhi. Subsequently, he pursued his DM in Cardiology from the Institute of Cardiology, GSVM Medical College, Kanpur. Over the years, he has developed expertise in acute cardiac care and primary angioplasty. He also specializes in transradial interventions and complex coronary procedures. Therefore, patients trust his clinical judgment and technical expertise.

With extensive clinical experience, Dr. Sethi has independently performed a large number of coronary and peripheral angiograms. He has also conducted simple and complex angioplasties, basic electrophysiological studies, and permanent pacemaker and AICD implantations. Moreover, he is experienced in using intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and performing rotablation and balloon valvotomies. He regularly performs transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiograms. Additionally, he has been involved in numerous clinical trials as both Primary Investigator and Co-investigator.
