Dr. Praveen Khilnani, a distinguished pediatric intensivist and pediatrician, has over four decades of experience in the specialized care of critically ill children. He holds the rare distinction of being the only Indian to receive the prestigious Master of Critical Care Medicine (MCCM) award from the American College of Critical Care Medicine. His exemplary contributions to pediatric pulmonology, neonatal, and pediatric bronchoscopy have earned him widespread recognition, including the Vishisht Chikitsa Ratan Award from the Indian Medical Association.
Dr. Khilnani’s extensive medical training began with an MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi, followed by an MD in Anesthesia from AIIMS, Delhi. He further honed his expertise through fellowships in pediatric critical care, cardiac critical care, and neonatal intensive care at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Boston Children’s Hospital.
