Dr. Nishith Chandra is a highly experienced Interventional Cardiologist with over 30 years of extensive experience. He currently serves as the Principal Director of Cardiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi. His academic journey began with an MBBS and MD. He completed his DM in Cardiology from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow, in 1994. Also holds fellowships from ACC, ESC, and SCAI. He has been with Fortis for over 21 years. He has performed approximately 10,000 angiographies. He has also done more than 5,000 angioplasties as primary operator.
