Dr. Amit Kumar Chaurasia

Dr. Amit Kumar Chaurasia is a renowned interventional cardiologist with expertise in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR), complex coronary interventions, and structural heart diseases. With extensive training from India’s top medical institutes, he has successfully performed over 10,000 cardiac procedures, including more than 1,000 TAVI/TAVR cases. As a fellow in Complex Coronary and Structural Heart Disease from Europe, he gained significant experience in advanced cardiac interventions. Additionally, he has been a faculty member at multiple national and international conferences, actively contributing to the advancement of interventional cardiology.

His expertise extends to high-risk cardiac procedures, including Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Replacement (TPVR), mitral valve interventions, Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC), and complex peripheral interventions. Moreover, he has pioneered transcatheter mitral valve replacements (TMVR) and complex coronary interventions such as Left Main Intervention and Chronic Total Occlusion (CTO). Dedicated to training and mentoring cardiologists across India and internationally, he continues to shape the future of interventional cardiology.
