Dr. Amit Kumar Chaurasia is a highly accomplished Interventional Cardiologist with 12+ years of experience in treating complex cardiovascular diseases. He currently serves as the Chief Cath Lab & TAVI (Unit I) at Artemis Hospitals, Gurugram. Currently, he is recognized as one of India’s leading experts in Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR) and Structural Heart Disease interventions. After completing his MBBS from JIPMER, Puducherry, he earned his MD in Internal Medicine from AIIMS, New Delhi, and his DM in Cardiology from SCTIMST, Thiruvananthapuram. Furthermore, he completed a Fellowship in Complex Coronary and Structural Heart Disease at GOKI, Budapest, Hungary, where he gained extensive international experience. Additionally, he became one of the first physicians to serve as a TAVI proctor in India.
