Dr. Ajay Bhalla

Dr. Ajay Bhalla is the Director of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Fortis Hospital, Noida. Specializing in therapeutic endoscopy, hepatology, and liver transplant, he has performed over 10,000 diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Dr. Bhalla was the first in his region to perform ERCP and has the most extensive experience in biliary procedures.

Known for his pioneering use of metal stents in GI cancers, Dr. Bhalla is an active member of prestigious medical societies including ISG, INASL, and the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India. He is also a fellow member of IACM, and a member of API and IMA.
