About Dr. Zubin Dev Sharma
Dr. Zubin Dev Sharma serves as a Senior Consultant in Gastroenterology and Neurogastroenterology at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon. With over 16 years of experience and more than a decade devoted specifically to gastroenterology, he has become a trusted expert in GI motility and neurogastroenterology. Earlier, he led the GI Physiology Lab at Medanta Medicity, where he introduced Antro-duodenal and Colonic Manometry to North India. Notably, he remains one of the few specialists in India performing these advanced diagnostic tests regularly. In addition, he currently manages the Neuro-Gastro Physiology Lab, helping patients with complex functional bowel disorders.
Moreover, Dr. Sharma holds specialized training in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) from the WISE Program and Kitasato University, Japan. He frequently manages cases involving IBS, GI motility issues, and functional abdominal pain. Over the years, he has helped establish GI motility labs across India, including at KGMC Lucknow and Apollo Bhopal. Furthermore, he played an active role in organizing national events such as ENDOCON 2024 and India Live 2021.
