Dr. Vivek Tandon

Dr. Vivek Tandon is a renowned Gastrointestinal Surgeon in India, holding an M.Ch degree from AIIMS, New Delhi, and an MS degree. He began his career as a Specialist in Organ Transplantation and Hepatobiliary Surgery at Groote Schuur Hospital, Cape Town, South Africa. He further trained in Gastrointestinal, Colorectal, and Laparoscopic Surgery across various NHS Hospitals in the UK for three years. On returning to India, he practiced at Gobind Ballabh Pant Hospital, New Delhi, gaining expertise in Gastrointestinal Surgery over 10 years. Dr. Tandon has held senior positions, including Junior Consultant at Groote Schuur Hospital, and Senior Consultant and Head of GI Surgery and GI Oncology at Metro Multispeciality Hospital, Noida. He has published numerous papers in national and international journals. Dr. Tandon’s accolades include the Best Paper Award at the 12th Annual Congress of ISOT. Currently, he is a Senior Consultant at Apollo Hospitals, Delhi.
