Dr. Vipul Gupta is a highly accomplished interventional neuroradiologist with extensive training and experience in the field. After receiving his medical degree (MBBS) from Maulana Azad Medical College, he completed his MD in Radiodiagnosis at Delhi University, followed by specialized training in interventional neuroradiology at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, where he served as Associate Professor until 2005. Dr. Gupta’s fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic, USA, and the Foundation Rothschild, Paris, have honed his expertise in advanced techniques such as intracranial aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting, and intra-arterial thrombolysis for stroke management. He has significantly contributed to the medical community with over 45 journal publications and numerous conference presentations.
Dr. Gupta has held leadership positions, including Head of Interventional Neuroradiology at Max Institute of Neurosciences and currently at Medanta – The Medicity. His awards, including the IMA Award and the Distinguished Service Award, reflect his dedication and impact on neurointerventional practices in India.
