He began his career at Escorts Heart Institute and Research Centre, where he established himself as a consultant cardiologist. Dr. Agrawal was a key member of the founding team at Medanta, The Medicity, where he served for a decade and ultimately held the position of Associate Director of Cardiology. In 2019, he took on the role of Director and Head of Clinical Cardiology and Cardiac Imaging at Pushpawati Singhania Research Institute (PSRI) in Saket.
