Dr. Vikram Sharma is a renowned name in Indian and global urology, with over 39 years of clinical experience. Currently serving as Director of Urology, Andrology, and Robotic Surgery at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon, he is also the Head of Robotic Urological Surgery. Dr. Sharma completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Punjab University, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Urology from the prestigious Institute of Urology, London. His expertise spans across urology, uro-oncology, endourology, and minimally invasive robotic surgery.

Dr. Sharma is a pioneer in endourology and was instrumental in introducing GreenLight Laser treatment for prostate surgery in India. He founded India’s first dedicated andrology centre — Alpha One Andrology Group — to treat male sexual dysfunction. His proficiency in robotic and laparoscopic urological surgeries has made him one of the most sought-after specialists in India. He has delivered talks and surgical demonstrations at several national and international platforms and serves as a Visiting Professor of Urology at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California, USA.
