Dr. Vikram Barua Kaushik is a highly experienced Urologist and General Surgeon with over 30 years of dedicated service in the field. He began his medical journey by completing his MBBS from Dibrugarh University, Assam, in 1994, followed by an MS in General Surgery in 1999, and later earned his DNB in Urology from the National Board of Examination in 2005. After completing his residency in urology, Dr. Kaushik joined the R.G. Stone Urological Institute in Mumbai as an associate urologist in 2003, where he developed a strong interest in endo-urology.
In 2005, he transitioned to the Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in Delhi, and in 2006, he became a full-time consultant at Fortis Flight Lt. Rajan Dhall Memorial Hospital. By 2008, he took on the role of Chief Urologist at RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital in Gurgaon and has been with Artemis Hospital since 2009. His expertise includes urinary incontinence, genitourinary malignancies, and renal transplantation. He is a lifetime member of the Indian Urological Society and is committed to advancing urological care through both clinical practice and academic contributions.
