Dr. Swati Bhayana

Dr. Swati Bhayana is a highly skilled Paediatric Oncologist and Haematologist with over 10 years of extensive experience. She currently serves as a Consultant in Paediatric Oncology, Paediatric Haematology, and Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant at Max Hospital, Saket. Her academic journey began with an MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi, in 2015. She then earned her MD in Paediatrics from UCMS, University of Delhi, in 2019. Additionally, she completed a Fellowship in Paediatric Haematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, in 2022. Training in HIV Clinical Management from the University of Washington, USA, in 2025 was also completed by her. Therefore, her training and credentials are truly world-class.

She has also worked as a Clinical Assistant and Senior Resident at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. The First Prize for Best Thesis Award (Kusum Pandit Memorial Award) from the University of Delhi in 2019 was received by her. More than 30 publications in various national and international indexed journals have been published by her. A book chapter in the “Textbook on Craniopharyngioma” published by the Skull Base Society of India in 2025 has been contributed by her. Leukaemias, Brain Tumours, Lymphomas, Solid Tumours, and Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant are her key specialties. Additionally, she is a member of ISNO, SIOP, ISTH, PHO-IAP, Onco-Critical Care Society of India, ISMPO, and POEM. Consequently, she is a trusted and respected name in paediatric oncology and haematology.
