Dr. Swapna Saha

Dr. Swapna Saha is a Consultant at the Manipal Institute of Minimal Access, Bariatric, GI & Robotic Surgery at Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, Delhi NCR. She is a well-known laparoscopic surgeon, proctologist, and general surgeon with 12 years of experience. Over the years, she has handled many complex surgical cases at reputed hospitals across India.

She completed her MBBS from Bharati Vidyapeeth College, Pune, in 2012. Later, she earned her MS in General Surgery from Mahatma Gandhi Mission’s Medical College, Navi Mumbai, in 2017. She also received a Gold Medal in 2017 for academic excellence. In addition, she completed her senior residency at SCB Medical Hospital from 2017 to 2021. After that, she underwent three years of training in the microsurgery department from 2021 to 2024.

Dr. Saha is known for accurate diagnosis, empathetic care, and a patient-centered approach. Her special interests include laparoscopic surgery, breast surgery, onco surgery, open abdomen surgery, trauma surgery, emergency surgery management, proctology, and postoperative care.
