In the year 2012-13, he was awarded the Neil Joseph fellowship award. He has also been awarded various certificates from the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), and ETHICON for his contributions to the field of Oncology. He has peer-reviewed numerous papers on oncology and its related aspects. He is the Editor of the Journal of Young Medical Researchers.
