Dr. Shivang Saxena

Dr. Shivang Saxena is a dedicated Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon currently serving as Consultant at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in pediatric and adult congenital heart surgery, with a strong focus on managing complex congenital cardiac conditions. He completed his MBBS and MS from Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal, and further pursued MCh in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CVTS) from the prestigious Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum—one of India’s premier institutes for advanced cardiac sciences. During his training, he developed a deep interest in pediatric cardiac surgery and gained extensive exposure to a wide range of open and closed heart procedures in children and adults with congenital heart diseases.

Following his super-specialization, Dr. Saxena worked at the renowned U.N. Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research, a high-volume cardiac center in India, where he further enhanced his expertise in complex congenital cardiac surgeries.
