He completed his MBBS from Silchar Medical College, followed by MS in General Surgery from Gauhati Medical College, and further pursued MCh in Neurosurgery from the prestigious NIMHANS, Bangalore. He has also received advanced subspecialty training in Epilepsy Surgery at the renowned Montreal Neurological Institute, Canada, where he gained international exposure in cutting-edge neurosurgical techniques and technologies.
