Dr. Satya Prakash Yadav is Senior Director of Paediatric Bone Marrow Transplant, Medical Oncology, and Cancer Care at Medanta, Gurugram. He is a highly experienced paediatric oncologist with more than 31 years of clinical experience. Moreover, he is widely known for treating childhood blood cancers and complex bone marrow disorders. He completed MBBS, Diploma in Child Health (DCH), and DNB in Paediatrics. In addition, he pursued Fellowship in Paediatric Hemato-Oncology from The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney, Australia. Therefore, he gained advanced international training in paediatric cancer care and transplant medicine.
Dr. Yadav specializes in paediatric leukemia, bone marrow transplantation, and blood disorders in children. Furthermore, he has extensive expertise in matched, unrelated, haploidentical, and cord blood transplants. He also works in advanced cell therapies such as CAR-T therapy, virus-specific T-cell therapy, and donor lymphocyte infusion. He has played a key role in setting up successful paediatric BMT programs at leading hospitals in India. In addition, he has performed over 1000 blood and marrow transplants.
