Dr. Rohit Lamba

Dr. Rohit Lamba is the Director of Orthopaedics at Fortis Hospital, Manesar, Gurgaon. He is a highly experienced Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with 22 years of clinical experience. He specializes in joint preservation, revision joint replacement, and the salvage of failed or infected joint replacements. In addition, he treats sports injuries, performs arthroscopic surgery, and manages complex hip and knee replacements. He also has expertise in robotic and computer-navigated joint reconstruction, orthopaedic oncology, paediatric orthopaedics, and spine surgery.

He completed his MBBS from Govt. Medical College, Amritsar, in 2003. Later, he earned his MS in Orthopaedics from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, in 2009. Moreover, he strengthened his skills through advanced fellowships in revision joint replacement at Endoklinik, Hamburg, Germany, hip preservation in Madrid, Spain, joint replacement in Mumbai, and arthroplasty training under the K T Dholakia fellowship.

Over the years, Dr. Lamba has worked at Fortis Memorial Research Institute and W Pratiksha Hospital. There, he managed high-trauma orthopaedic cases and performed a large volume of joint replacement and arthroscopic surgeries. He has completed more than 10,000 joint replacements and 4,000 arthroscopic procedures. Furthermore, he has spent the last five years mastering robotic and computer-navigated hip and knee replacements.
