Dr. Rajiv Agarwal

Dr. Rajiv Agarwal is a highly distinguished Interventional Cardiologist with over 36 years of extensive experience. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman & Unit Head and Head of Academic & Research at Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saket. His medical journey began with an MBBS from AIIMS, New Delhi, in 1985, where he received the Institute Medal for being the Best MBBS Graduate. He then earned his MD in Internal Medicine from AIIMS in 1988. Subsequently, he pursued his DM in Cardiology from AIIMS in 1990. He also completed a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, USA, in 1993.
