Dr. Rahul Naithani

Dr. Rahul Naithani is a senior hematologist and bone marrow transplant specialist with over 20 years of clinical and academic experience. He currently serves as the Chief of Hematology, Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant at Artemis Hospitals, Gurugram. His medical journey began with an MBBS from BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur. He then pursued MD in Pediatrics from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi. Subsequently, he earned his DM in Clinical Hematology from AIIMS, New Delhi. He also holds a Fellowship in Pediatric Hematology Oncology from the University of Toronto. Furthermore, he trained at SickKids Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital in Canada. He also trained at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. Therefore, his international training and expertise are truly exceptional.

Additionally, Dr. Naithani has performed over 650 bone marrow transplants to date. He has significant expertise in complex hematological malignancies. He also specializes in pediatric hematology and cellular therapies like CART cell therapy. His expertise covers conditions including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and aplastic anemia. Moreover, he manages sickle cell disease, thalassemia, and metabolic blood disorders. He also treats bone marrow failure syndromes and rare hematological disorders. He is the Executive Editor of the Indian Journal of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. Meanwhile, he has over 125 PubMed-indexed publications to his credit.
