Dr. (Prof) Ravi Sauhta

Dr. (Prof) Ravi Sauhta is a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon with over 30 years of rich experience in the field. He currently serves as the Chief and HOD of Orthopaedics & Joint Replacement (Unit VI) at Artemis Hospitals, Gurugram. His academic journey began with an MBBS and MS in Orthopedics from MGIMS, University of Nagpur. He also holds an M.Ch (Orthopedics) from the USA. Furthermore, he has advanced fellowship training in Pelvi-Acetabular Surgery and Adult Joint Reconstruction from Regions Hospital, University of Minnesota. He also completed fellowship training in arthroplasty and spine from leading centers in the US and South Korea. Therefore, his international training and expertise are truly exceptional. This vast knowledge has significantly contributed to the field of orthopedic surgery.

Additionally, Dr. Sauhta has been practicing in Gurugram since 1995. Over the years, he has served as a visiting consultant in different hospitals. From 2006 to 2016, he headed and developed the Department of Orthopedics at Paras Hospital. During this time, he created various sub-specialties within the department. Subsequently, from 2016 to 2018, he served as Director and Head of Joint Replacement and Orthopedics at Max Hospital. His special interests include Pelvi-Acetabular Surgery, Adult Joint Reconstruction, and Revision Joint Surgery for failed joints. He also excels in Polytrauma Patient Management and Limb Salvage Surgeries for large bone tumors. Meanwhile, he has more than 20 scientific publications to his credit. Consequently, he is a trusted and respected orthopedic surgeon across India.
