Dr. P K Das is a highly experienced Medical Oncologist with over 24 years of extensive experience in the field. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Medical Oncology at Max Hospital, Saket. His academic journey began with an MBBS from VSS Medical College, Sambalpur University, in 1990. He then earned his MD in Internal Medicine from MKCG Medical College, Berhampur University, in 1995. Subsequently, he pursued his DM in Medical Oncology from AIIMS, New Delhi, in 2000. He has worked as a Senior Registrar at AIIMS and as a Senior Consultant at Apollo Cancer Institute. Therefore, his training and credentials are truly world-class.

Additionally, Dr. Das specializes in Haematological Malignancies, Rare Malignancies, Cancer in Pregnancy, Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Gastrointestinal Oncology, and Precision Oncology. He has served as Academic Coordinator at Apollo Cancer Institute from 2010 to 2026. He has also worked as a Visiting Senior Consultant at Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar, and RAK Hospital, UAE. Moreover, he has received the First Prize at the 11th International Congress on Anti-Cancer Treatment in Paris in 2001.
