Dr. Neetu Talwar is a senior pediatric pulmonologist with over 32 years of clinical experience, currently serving as Director of Pediatrics at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon. She completed her MBBS and postgraduate training (DCH, DNB, FCPS) from Seth G. S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai, followed by a Fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. Throughout her career, she has worked in reputed hospitals including Kalra Hospital in Delhi, Loomba Hospital in Ambala, and Ramakrishna Nursing Home in Siliguri. Since 2012, she has been a vital part of Fortis Gurgaon, contributing extensively to the pediatric pulmonology department.
Dr. Talwar is one of the few pediatric pulmonologists in India with expertise in both flexible fibreoptic bronchoscopy and interventional bronchoscopy in children—a service offered at very few centers across the country. Her core interests include childhood asthma, allergic disorders, cystic fibrosis, chronic lung diseases, and pediatric sleep studies. She is also actively involved in organizing CMEs, workshops, and has served as a national faculty in programs like ATM and RTI GEM.
