About Dr. Neera Aggarwal

Dr. Neera Aggarwal has vast experience of 45 years in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She has handled several complicated pregnancy and gynecological disorder cases and has a keen interest in teaching. Currently, she is a Senior Consultant at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj, Delhi (2005 – Present). Previously, she was the Professor and Head of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS) and Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital, Delhi (1988 – 2004), and served as faculty at AIIMS (1975 – 1988). She has supervised 25 postgraduate students, and held positions such as President of the Association of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists of Delhi (AOGD) and Vice President of the Federation of Obstetric & Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI). Dr. Aggarwal completed her MBBS and MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from SN Medical College, Agra. She has published 110 scientific papers and authored books on Adolescent Gynaecology and the Female Breast.
