Dr. Neena Khanna

Dr. Neena Khanna is a highly distinguished Dermatologist currently associated as Head (Dermatology) at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad. With over 40–41 years of extensive experience, she is one of the most respected names in the field of dermatology, venereology, and aesthetic medicine in India. She completed her MBBS from CMC, Vellore, followed by MD in Dermatology & Venereology from AIIMS, New Delhi. She served at AIIMS, New Delhi for nearly four decades, where she held prestigious positions including Dean (Academics), Professor & Head of the Department of Dermatology. Her career has been marked by excellence in clinical care, teaching, research, and administration.

Dr. Khanna has vast expertise in managing a wide spectrum of dermatological conditions including acne, psoriasis, vitiligo, pigmentary disorders, pediatric dermatology, autoimmune blistering diseases, leprosy, and sexually transmitted infections. She has a special interest in aesthetic dermatology and has contributed immensely to academic literature with over 170 research publications, 11 books, and multiple book chapters. She is the author of the widely used textbook Illustrated Synopsis of Dermatology & STDs. Dr has delivered more than 200 lectures at national and international platforms. Recognized globally for her contributions, she has received numerous prestigious awards, including the IADVL Lifetime Achievement Award, reflecting her outstanding impact in dermatology and medical education.
