Dr. Padman completed his MBBS from JIPMER, Pondicherry, followed by MS and DNB in Orthopaedics. He later pursued advanced fellowships, earning the prestigious FRCS (Glasgow) and FRCS (Trauma & Orthopaedics) qualifications in the UK.

Dr. Padman spent over a decade in the United Kingdom, working at leading orthopedic centers, including Leeds and Sheffield University Hospitals. He completed a National Pediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship at Sheffield Children’s Hospital and was appointed as a Consultant there before returning to India in 2009. During his time abroad, he also earned a Master’s in Research from the University of Leeds, focusing on the biological response to implant materials. His return to India marked a new chapter where he served in senior roles at Max Healthcare and Rainbow Children’s Hospital before joining Fortis Gurgaon. His work combines evidence-based clinical practice with minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques for children.
