Dr. Kamal Verma

Dr. Kamal Verma is a highly experienced Radiation Oncologist with over 27 years of expertise, including 20 years as a specialist. He is currently a Senior Consultant in Radiation Oncology at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon. Dr. Verma completed his MBBS from Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, in 1992, followed by a Diploma in Radiotherapy in 1997. He later obtained a DNB in Medical Oncology from G.B. Pant Hospital and Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, in 2000.

Throughout his career, Dr. Verma has been involved in advanced cancer treatment, including his tenure at Maulana Azad Medical College as a Senior Resident. He has also worked internationally at the National Cancer Institute, Sabratha, Libya, and Princess Marina Hospital, Botswana, where he was responsible for comprehensive cancer treatment and formulating national cancer control programs. His expertise lies in Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) and PET scan-based techniques, with a special focus on head and neck cancers.
