Dr. Jaiprakash Gurawalia

Dr. Jaiprakash Gurawalia is a highly experienced Surgical Oncologist with over 16 years of medical experience and more than 8 years of expertise in surgical oncology. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon, he has previously worked with reputed institutions like Manipal Hospital, Delhi, and other leading multispecialty hospitals in Gurgaon. Dr. Gurawalia has earned a strong reputation for his precision in cancer surgeries and dedication to patient care. He is known for managing complex surgical cases involving various types of cancers, including breast, lung, head and neck, and gynecological malignancies.

Dr. Gurawalia completed his MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2004. He pursued MS in General Surgery from Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, and later obtained an MCh in Surgical Oncology from Rajiv Gandhi University. His advanced training in surgical oncology enables him to offer comprehensive cancer care including tumor resection, reconstruction, and preventive cancer screenings. His special interests lie in breast cancer management, head and neck tumor surgery, and gynecologic oncology, as well as bone and soft tissue tumors.
