In 2003, he joined Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals and Centre for Sight, New Delhi, as a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist. Additionally, he manages his own clinic, RMG Netralaya, in Hauz Khas Enclave. Throughout his career, Dr. Talwar has demonstrated exceptional skill in treating conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, glaucoma, cataract, and other retinal diseases.
