Dr. Dharmender Sharma boasts 27 years of experience in advanced laparoscopic, gastrointestinal, and bariatric surgery. After completing his MBBS and MS from Pt. BDS, PGIMS Rohtak, he served 11 years at Medanta – The Medicity Gurgaon in the GI, Laparoscopic, and Bariatric Surgery Department. He further honed his skills at MAX Hospital, Saket, Delhi. Dr. Sharma is committed to evidence-based medicine and follows ERAS protocols, ensuring patients receive the latest treatments with shorter hospital stays. His expertise spans robotic surgery, bariatric & metabolic surgery, gall bladder & CBD, colo-rectal surgery, hernia, thyroid surgery, liver surgery, hemorrhoids, laparoscopic solid organ surgery, upper GI tract surgery, and emergency services. Major surgeries he performs include total thyroidectomy, hemicolectomy, and pseudopancreatic cyst drainage.
