About Dr. Deepak Sarin
Dr. Deepak Sarin is a highly respected head and neck oncologic surgeon with over 28 years of experience. He currently serves as Vice Chairman – Head & Neck Oncosurgery at Medanta – The Medicity, Gurugram. He specializes in head and neck cancer surgery, reconstructive procedures, and skull base surgery. Over the years, he has played a key role in developing advanced surgical programs in India. In addition, he has established and led major departments at leading hospitals. These include Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Artemis Health Institute, and Medanta. As a result, he is widely recognized for his contribution to head and neck oncology.
He completed his MBBS and MS in Otolaryngology from AIIMS, New Delhi, where he received a gold medal. He also earned his DNB in Otolaryngology and pursued a fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology. Furthermore, he trained internationally as a Clinical Fellow at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami, USA. His expertise includes oral cancer surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and complex reconstructive procedures. He also performs robotic and laser-assisted surgeries for head and neck cancers.
