Dr. (Col) Balbir Kalra

Dr. (Col) Balbir Kalra is a highly experienced and distinguished Cardiologist with over 44 years of overall medical experience, including 30 years as a specialist. He has undergone extensive training in Clinical, Non-Invasive, and Invasive Cardiology, making significant contributions to the field. Dr. Kalra has served as the Head of the Department (HOD) of Cardiology at the Army Base Hospital in New Delhi, where he managed critical cardiac cases, including senior government officials and high-profile patients.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Kalra has been actively involved in research and academics. He has published multiple research papers in reputed journals such as the Applied Journal of Medicine and Indian Heart Journal. His knowledge and experience have been widely recognized, leading him to deliver guest lectures across India. For his outstanding contributions to cardiology and public health, he was honored with the Rashtriya Gaurav Award by the India International Friendship Society. Dr. Kalra is also a prominent figure in the Indian Medical Association (IMA), having served as the President of IMA Gurgaon (2005–2006) and State Vice President of IMA Haryana (2006–2007).
