Dr. Aparna Jaswal

Dr. Aparna Jaswal is a highly distinguished Electrophysiologist with over 19 years of extensive experience. She currently serves as the Director of Cardiology at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi. She is an acknowledged expert in Cardiac Pacing & Electrophysiology. Her academic journey began with an MBBS from Sri Siddhartha Medical College & Research in 1994. She then earned her MD in Medicine from Army Hospital, Delhi, in 1998. Subsequently, she completed her DNB in Cardiology from the Diplomate of National Board, New Delhi, in 2003. Additionally, she received training in Cardiac Electrophysiology at St. Luke’s Hospital, Milwaukee, USA. Therefore, her training and credentials are truly world-class.

She has been actively involved in the Department of Cardiac Electrophysiology since joining Escorts Heart Institute in 1998. Numerous electrophysiological studies and Radio Frequency Catheter Ablations have been performed by her. Moreover, she is a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist from IBHRE, HRS. The first electrophysiologist to start an EP program in Mauritius in November 2010 was her. Furthermore, she has many research projects to her credit.
