Dr. Anu Mathew

Dr. Anu Mathew is a Consultant in Endocrinology at Fortis Hospital, Manesar, Gurgaon. She has over 10 years of experience in Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolic Disorders. Moreover, she is known for providing evidence-based and patient-centred endocrine care.

She completed her MBBS and MD in Internal Medicine from the prestigious Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore. Later, she completed her DNB in Endocrinology from Medanta Hospital, Gurugram. In addition, she holds the MRCP qualification. As a result, she has developed extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.

Dr. Mathew has a special interest in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM), obesity, and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Furthermore, she specializes in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, metabolic bone diseases, thyroid disorders, pituitary disorders, adrenal gland diseases, and disorders of sexual development. She is also committed to promoting preventive healthcare and helping patients achieve long-term metabolic wellness.

Besides her clinical practice, Dr. Mathew actively contributes to medical research. She has published numerous research papers in national and international journals and has worked as a Research Fellow in Phase III clinical trials.
