Dr. Amit Chaudhry

Dr. Amit Chaudhry is a highly experienced orthopedic surgeon with over 14 years of medical service, including a distinguished tenure in the Indian Armed Forces. During his military career, he served at premier institutions such as Base Hospital, Delhi, Military Hospital in Pune, and Base Hospital in Srinagar (J\&K), where he successfully managed numerous complex trauma and emergency cases. His exceptional contributions earned him the prestigious “Director General BSF Commendation Card.” He also served as an Assistant Professor at Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, where he trained and mentored several orthopedic residents.

Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Orthopaedics at Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon, Dr. Chaudhry is proficient in a wide range of procedures including arthroscopy, joint replacement surgeries (hip and knee), fracture management, and minimally invasive orthopedic surgeries. His expertise extends to treating sports injuries, spine disorders, ligament and tendon injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. He is known for his precision in performing complex orthopedic surgeries with excellent clinical outcomes. His clinical interests include arthroplasty, spinal therapy, cartilage and ligament reconstruction, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Dr. Chaudhry holds an MBBS degree from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, and a DNB in Orthopaedics from the National Board of Education, New Delhi. He is a member of the Indian Medical Association (IMA). Apart from his clinical achievements, he has also been part of rescue operations during the 2014 Kashmir floods. Dr. Amit Chaudhry is recognized for his patient-centered approach and commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based orthopedic care.
