About Dr. Ambrish Mithal
Dr. Ambrish Mithal is one of India’s leading endocrinologists with more than 40 years of experience. Currently, he serves as Group Chairman – Endocrinology & Diabetology at Max Healthcare. He is well known for treating diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and hormonal conditions.
Moreover, Dr. Mithal has worked with several reputed hospitals in India. He served as Chairman and Head of Endocrinology at Medanta – The Medicity from 2009 to 2019. Earlier, he worked as Senior Consultant at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital. In addition, he was the first doctor to complete a DM in Endocrinology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
