Dr. Alka Gujral

Dr. Alka Gujral is a highly distinguished Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 45 years of extensive experience. She currently serves as the Principal Director of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Max Hospital, Saket. Her academic journey began with an MBBS with honours from Agra Medical College in 1977. She then earned her MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the same institution in 1981. She is also a Fellow of the Indian College of Maternal & Child Health. Sr. Consultant at Max Hospital since April 2006 has been her role. Sr. Consultant at Moolchand Hospital and Fortis La Femme were also positions she held. Therefore, her training and credentials are truly world-class.

Additionally, Dr. Gujral has received numerous prestigious awards. Best Paper Award at the 3rd National Conference of the Indian Academy of Human Reproduction in February 1995 was received by her. Dr. Sheila Mehra Endoscopy Award for best conference presentation on endoscopy in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in March 2009 was also awarded to her. Several Certificates of Appreciation from various conferences and workshops have been received by her. She is a member of the International Society of Gynaecological Endoscopists and the Delhi Gynaecological Endoscopic Society.
