Dr. Abhay Meena

Dr. Abhay Meena is an Associate Consultant in Orthopaedics at Fortis Hospital, Manesar, Gurgaon. He has over 11 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery and is recognized for his expertise in complex trauma, joint reconstruction, sports injuries, and advanced orthopaedic technologies. Moreover, he is a national-level Gold Medalist and the recipient of the Best Young Orthopaedic Surgeon Award in Delhi.

He completed his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), New Delhi. He also earned the DNB in Orthopaedics. Furthermore, he enhanced his surgical expertise through international fellowships in South Korea and Australia, including FIKS, FIASM, and FAA. As a result, he has developed advanced skills in joint replacement, orthopaedic oncology, paediatric orthopaedics, sports medicine, and robotic-assisted orthopaedic surgery.

Dr. Meena has a special interest in complex trauma surgery, robotic and computer-navigated joint replacement, spine surgery, orthopaedic oncology, and sports injury management. In addition, he actively works with emerging technologies such as 3D surgical planning, virtual simulation, robotics, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) to deliver highly precise and patient-specific treatment outcomes.

Besides his clinical practice, Dr. Meena has contributed extensively to academics and research. He has presented research at international conferences in the Netherlands and the UAE. He has also served as faculty at prestigious conferences such as IOACON and DOACON. Furthermore, he has collaborated with IIT Delhi on research focused on advancing orthopaedic technologies. Therefore, he is widely respected for his innovation, academic excellence, and commitment to modern orthopaedic care.
