Dr. Sanjay Sarup is a distinguished orthopedic surgeon with over 32 years of experience, specializing in pediatric orthopedics and spine surgery. His medical journey began with an MBBS from the University of Kashmir, followed by an MS in Orthopedics from PGIMER Chandigarh. Dr. Sarup further honed his expertise in the United Kingdom, earning his FRCS and MCh Ortho qualifications. In 1998, he was awarded a prestigious fellowship in pediatric orthopedics from the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Glasgow.
Dr. Sarup made history as the first qualified pediatric orthopedic surgeon to set up practice in Delhi. He played a pivotal role in establishing the Paediatric Orthopaedic Unit at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in 2004. Later, in 2009, he developed and led the pediatric orthopedic and spine division at Medanta Medicity.
