Doctor S.K.S. Marya

For approximately 30 years, Dr. Sanjiv KS. Marya has worked in the fields of medicine and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Marya’s areas of expertise include Trauma Management based on AO Principles and Joint Replacement Surgery for the joints of the upper and lower limbs (Primary and Revision). He is credited for developing bilateral joint replacement surgery for the knee and hip, which involves replacing both joints at once. He pioneered the Unicompartmental (Half Knee) replacement and has focused solely on joint replacement fractures. He also pioneered the use of computers in joint replacement surgery.
