- In addition to his extensive training in minimally invasive and robotic urology surgery, Dr. Ghosh has a very specific interest in the field of renal transplantation. In this region of the world, he was a pioneer in the first robotic renal transplant recipient surgery. He received his robotic surgery training at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York and has collaborated with some of the most prominent robotic surgeons since 2006. Dr. Ghosh also specializes in difficult urologic cancer and non-cancerous operations using robotics and minimally invasive techniques. He has established dedicated Kidney Transplant programs at 3 Private Hospitals, pioneered the use of robotic surgery there, and actively contributed to the development of the present Renal
