About The Doctor

With an MCh in plastic surgery and an MS in general surgery from Gujarat University Ahmedabad, Dr. Amitabh Singh has more than ten years of experience in the area. He received his training in microvascular surgery at Siriraj Hospital in Thailand and Bangkok as well as Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. After a significant weight loss (post-bariatric), he completed a fellowship in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery from Iowa City, Iowa, and trained under legendary plastic surgeons at Emory University in Atlanta, USA. Since 2008, he has been employed by a number of Fortis hospitals in New Delhi and the National Capital area. He has a number of articles in books and journals on plastic surgery, and he often attends scientific conferences to stay current. After significant weight loss and microvascular restoration, he is particularly interested in plastic surgery.
